Service and data notice

Nichu AI by Startex Global stores your account details, business knowledge, leads, messages and reminders in a workspace associated with your account. Account and subscription administration is available to the platform owner. Each customer's workspace is separate.

When you request an AI draft, the selected customer's name and requirements, recent messages and approved business information are sent to OpenAI. Only add customer information you are permitted to process. Do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Review AI-generated drafts before use.

This release records messages and approved drafts; it does not automatically send through WhatsApp or social accounts, process payments, read your phone, verify stock or deliver background reminders. Subscription payments are arranged separately with the owner and activated only after manual verification. There are no automatic renewal charges in this release. AI allowances reset each UTC calendar month; paid access lasts 30 days from activation or renewal.

You can export workspace-only data from Settings or download a full account export from My account. Customers can record and cancel an account-deletion request; permanent deletion requires separate super-admin confirmation. Password recovery uses an owner-created, one-time link that expires after 30 minutes.

The owner must publish complete business contact details, privacy terms and payment/refund terms before accepting paying customers. This operational notice does not supply those policies.
